We are a fan first organization. Your support of all events at Pepsi Center is greatly appreciated. The NBA, NHL, NLL and MLS have postponed games until further notice and rescheduled dates for the remaining games are currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once that is determined.

- Are games being postponed?

Yes. NBA, NHL, NLL and MLS games have been postponed until further notice. We will communicate news about how this impacts league schedules when it is available. Please note, the state of Colorado has also issued a detailed “stay home” order, banning any social or recreational gatherings outside the home of any size in which people do not remain at least six feet apart.


- How do I get a refund or exchange?

The NBA, NHL, NLL and MLS have postponed games until further notice and the rescheduled date for the remaining games is currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once that is determined.


- Is the box office open?

The Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth and Pepsi Center Box Offices will be closed until further notice following Colorado's guidance to cease non-essential business operations.


- Is my concert/event impacted?

Concerts and events scheduled during the state’s “stay home” order will be impacted. To stay up to date on events affected, please see the list and link on this page. This will continue to be updated in real time as we gather information.
