Privately owned and operated, groundbreaking for Pepsi Center took place November 20, 1997. Since opening October 1, 1999, with a sold-out performance by Celine Dion, Pepsi Center has hosted a wide variety of events including hockey and basketball games, musical acts, and family events.

Designed by HOK Sports Facilities Group of Kansas City, Pepsi Center occupies a 4.6-acre footprint in Denver’s central Platte Valley. With more than 675,000 square feet of building space, the five-level facility is a premier sports and entertainment destination. Home of the NBA’s Denver Nuggets, NHL’s Colorado Avalanche, and NLL’s Colorado Mammoth, Pepsi Center seats 19,099 for basketball games and 18,007 for hockey and lacrosse games. Depending on stage configuration, Pepsi Center seats up to 20,000 for concerts and other events. Pepsi Center features 89 luxury suites located on two levels and 1,900 club seats. Two Theatre Boxes at Pepsi Center deliver an exciting, new fan experience with first class amenities such as VIP parking, gourmet catering and access to the exclusive KeyBank Club Level.     

Pepsi Center offers the best in both fine and casual dining. The Peak Pub House, located on the KeyBank Club Level concourse, is surrounded by majestic views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and offers an array of unique menu items highlighting both local and regional favorites. Peak Pub House favorites include the Lamb Burger, Oysters, Lobster Rolls and Carvery accompanied with chef prepared sauces. The Land Rover Denver Club, also located on the KeyBank Club Level concourse, offers an authentic Colorado atmosphere fusing both traditional and modern elements into a truly unique bar destination. Guests can enjoy a Colorado Craft beer or specialty drink coupled with a chef-inspired dish.

Pepsi Center's Breckenridge Brewery Mountain House is inspired by the Q Creek Ranch in Wyoming, capturing the unparalleled beauty found only in the Rocky Mountains. Conveniently located in LoDo, Breckenridge Brewery Mountain House is open during major events at Pepsi Center.

The Avaya Business Center provides functional, intimate executive meeting space in four breakout rooms of various sizes featuring modern technology in a truly unique facility in downtown Denver. Each room is equipped with HDTVs, wireless internet, full audio/visual capabilities and floor to ceiling windows with outdoor balconies overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

Pepsi Center is one of the very few sports venues in North America that provides a separate practice facility for its team. The Denver Nuggets practice court is a full-size basketball court utilized by the team for all its practice sessions.

Altitude Authentics specializes in Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids and Colorado Mammoth merchandise. Located in the Grand Atrium on the ground level of Pepsi Center, Altitude Authentics is open Monday through Saturday and during every Nuggets, Avalanche and Mammoth home game.

Additional features of Pepsi Center include a cutting-edge sound JBL Vertec line array sound system to cover the spectator searing bowl; and Pepsi Vision, a 70,000 lbs Daktronics-manufactured center-hung scoreboard that rivals the largest of its kind in the world. A new state-of-the-art projection system transforms the Pepsi Center floor into a giant 4K resolution screen during team events and is a must-see feature. Pepsi Center also has Wi-Fi access throughout the building.
