What is Flash Seats?

Flash Seats paperless ticketing associates your tickets with your smart phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets with, or any registered entry ID.

How do I become a Flash Seats Account Holder?

The first time Flash Seats tickets are ordered on your AltitudeTickets.com account, a Flash Seats account will automatically be created with the same username.

How do I add a card to my account?

Customers who have downloaded the Flash Seats Mobile App do not require a registered credit card or ID for entry and instead will use the barcode on their mobile phone.

For customers without the mobile app who want to add another entry ID or credit card, log in at FlashSeats.com using the e-mail address and password set up on your Altitude Tickets account. Once logged in, click on “Account” and then “Identification” and you will be able to add a new credit card or Colorado State ID as a new form of entry ID.

Entering The Venue

How do I get into the arena?

Present your Flash Seats App mobile phone barcode or registered credit card or ID to the ticket taker at the entry gate, as you would a standard paper ticket, and your tickets will print out right as you walk into the arena. Please note, swiping an entry ID does not result in a charge on the credit card or provide customer refunds for unused tickets.

What if my guests arrive at different times?

Most people find it best to transfer the seats to their guests prior to the event. This way your guest will be able to enter the venue, whenever they arrive, using their own ID or mobile app.

What if my credit card is lost or stolen?

Transferring on Flash Seats

How do I transfer seats?

For Flash Seats Mobile App users, go to the account tab on your mobile phone and click "My Tickets". Follow the prompts to transfer tickets to any of your phone contacts or via e-mail.

For customers without the mobile app, log in to your account at FlashSeats.com, go to your “Tickets” tab and click the red “Transfer” button. You can then select the seats you wish to transfer and send them to your recipient’s e-mail.

Can I cancel a transfer?

It depends on whether the people you're transferring to already have a Flash Seats account. If they already have an account, the seats are transferred instantaneously to their account, so you cannot cancel a transfer once you've initiated it. If the people you're transferring to do not have a Flash Seats account and do not pick up the tickets you've transferred, you can cancel a transfer.

How do I place seats for sale?

For Flash Seats Mobile App users, go to the account tab on your mobile phone and click "My Tickets". Follow the prompts to list your tickets for sale.

For customers without the mobile app, log in to your account at FlashSeats.com, go to your “Tickets” tab, click the red “Sell” button and follow the prompts.

How to Buy on Flash Seats

On the Flash Seats Mobile App or at FlashSeats.com you can choose to purchase events by team or venue. The tickets are sold by fans and guaranteed by Altitude Tickets.
