ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides general clerical support to include establishing and maintaining files, copying and faxing documents, etc.
· Tracks and files all life safety documentation to include, permits, safety testing reports, and repairs.
· Tracks and inputs all utility consumption for internal and external tracking.
· Assists in payroll data input for Engineering Department.
· Prepares all general business correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet software.

· Coordinates repairs and maintenance with internal departments and vendor on two-way radio.

· Tracks and prepares cross charges for events and other departments.,
· Attends weekly meetings of Event Operations and Arena Operations; takes minutes during meetings and forwards minutes to Engineering staff.
· Arranges meetings with internal and external entities as necessary.
· Answers phones, takes messages and provides information to the caller.
· Drives to pick up parts when needed for engineers.
· Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Two to three years’ experience in general office or administrative environment to include use of general office equipment, personal computer, e-mail, the Internet, word processing and spreadsheet software, phone etiquette, etc.
· Knowledge of generally accepted office and business practices, procedures and courtesy.
· A high attention to detail.
· Ability to work with multiple departments and projects on a daily basis.
· Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing computer software, the use of e-mail, and the Internet.

CONVERSION CREW

SECURITY AGENT (Part-Time) DICK'S SPORTING GOODS PARK

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Security Agent reports to the Shift Supervisor. Is responsible for facility security, traffic control, parking lot security; fire, safety and emergency procedures. Provides initial investigation and documentation regarding incidents including building damage or injury to patrons or employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Evaluate existing policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements and safety awareness.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and other security personnel and/or safety organizations.
  • Participates in internal and external training programs for regular and part-time employees.
  • Performs functions as directed to establish a safe and efficient environment for hosting facility events.
  • Patrols all KSE venues and their respective grounds; reports all safety and/ or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Performs emergency response to fire alarms, evacuations, and other situations; trains, and maintains proficiency regarding emergency response.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigates, reports, and provides follow-up on incidents including, but not limited to, building damage, criminal activity and policy/procedure violations.
  • Handles complaints, disturbances or related problems with the public, staff or promoters.
  • Provides logistical support of vehicles and freight for multiple vendors and events.
  • Provides customer service to guests and employees of the facility.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships with lessees, employees, patrons, and support organizations.

OVERVIEW:
This position supports the engineering department during events. Hours and days will vary with the majority of the working days scheduled between October and May. This position has a large amount of contact with patrons and other departments, and requires great attitude and communication skills. This position also requires a good mechanical aptitude.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answers radio calls and does repairs as directed. Repairs to include seats, doors, light plumbing, lights, snow removal, light electrical, etc.
· Assists Denver Fire Department in response to problems during events.
· Assists with switching elevator and escalators for event load in and egress.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be a self-starter and work with little to no supervision with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills are needed.
· Solid knowledge and skill in interior building maintenance work.
· Skill and ability to successfully communicate with supervisor, co-workers and others on a routine basis.
· Ability and skill to safely operate power tools and other equipment.
