GENERAL PURPOSE:

GENERAL PURPOSE

· Counsels and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation of Human Resources policies.
· Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
· Assists in the continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures, or programs.
· Works with Human Resources leadership on training and development initiatives.
· Coordinates with the Benefits Specialist with the administration of FMLA.
