MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Log, monitor, assign and track all projects assigned to staff members
· Maintain files and archival system
· Manage office supplies and overall office organization
· Liaison with other departments, printers, and outside vendors
· Direct the printing of all reprinted jobs
· Manage logo/photo requests
· Maintain communication with accounting to ensure all bills are paid
 
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong administrative and computer skills - Word/Excel
· Knowledge of maintaining databases
· Excellent communication/teamwork skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of management
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong time management skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Macintosh computers (OS 10)
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat

· Provide technical support and knowledge of server maintenance

SECURITY AGENT (VARIABLE HOUR)

REPORTS TO: MANAGER, 24 HOUR SECURITY

· Patrols the building and grounds according to shift schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Ability to work a varied schedule to include any shift (day, swing, or grave), holidays, weekends and evenings/nights.
· Experience in building security, highly preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds when necessary.
· Capable of sitting, standing or walking for up to 8 hours per shift.
· Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards preferred.

BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES (VARIABLE HOUR)

OVERVIEW:
The role of the Press Operator is to run production efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality in order to meet or exceed production goals. This person is ultimately responsible for the goods coming off the press and must direct other supportive roles in order to meet the demands of the production schedule. This person is expected to be able to run any job from start to finish and must be familiar with all aspects of the screen printing and machine operating processes. The goal of this position is to maximize efficiency by multi-tasking and managing the supporting roles effectively.
 
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to set-up and run both a one-color and multi-colored job, with and without an under-base.
· Knowledge of all press functions and safety procedures.
· Experience with all necessary press maintenance procedures and timelines.
· Previous training in Fast Manager or project based software.
· Start up and End of day procedures.
· Working knowledge of Manual Press operation.
· Ability to supervise and train support staff.
· Other duties as assigned.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Organization skills with attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Duties may include cleaning of equipment, screens, paint and other general warehouse maintenance.
· Alertness for safety precautions and quality control.
· Ability to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction.
· Flexibility to work a nontraditional schedule including early morning, evenings and weekends. Shift times will vary from 6 am to 10 pm.
· High School graduate or GED or previous experience in a warehouse environment.

  Heat Press Transfers
  Digital Inkjet Printers
  Exposure/screen making units
  Embroidery Equipment
  Post production equipment
