MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greets building guests and directs them to the appropriate department or individual on a daily basis.
· Answers incoming telephone calls, answers callers general questions and directs the call to the appropriate person or department on a daily basis.
· Assists with the daily distribution of mail, memos, and packages to include calling package recipients to let know they have a package for pick-up at the reception desk.

· Patrols all KSE venues and their respective grounds; reports all safety and/ or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
· Performs emergency response to fire alarms, evacuations, and other situations; trains, and maintains proficiency regarding emergency response.
· Investigates, reports, and provides follow-up on incidents including, but not limited to, building damage, criminal activity and policy/procedure violations.
· Handles complaints, disturbances or related problems with the public, staff or promoters.
· Provides logistical support of vehicles and freight for multiple vendors and events.
· Provides customer service to guests and employees of the facility.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Customer service experience required.
· High school diploma or GED.
· General knowledge of customer service and business courtesy.
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, visitors and other employees at all levels.
· Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
· Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as needed at all KSE operated venues.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two years general office experience.
· Two years general security experience.
· Knowledge of business phone systems, word processing software and email.

SECURITY AGENT (VARIABLE HOUR)

This position supports the engineering department during events. Hours and days will vary with the majority of the working days scheduled between October and May. · Answers radio calls and does repairs as directed. Repairs to include seats, doors, light plumbing, lights, snow removal, light electrical, etc.

· Assists with switching elevator and escalators for event load in and egress.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be a self-starter and work with little to no supervision with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills are needed.
· Solid knowledge and skill in interior building maintenance work.

· Ability and skill to safely operate power tools and other equipment.
