OVERVIEW:
NDP Custom Apparel is looking for energetic and dedicated applicants to be part of our growing regional retail events team. This is a perfect opportunity for applicants looking to earn income while working only a few days a week.
 
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Candidate must have flexible availability to work weekends and holidays locally and regionally as needed.
· Perform duties related to a mobile retail operation, including prioritizing customer service and having friendly interactions with customers.
· Be able to service customers and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment requiring long hours standing while working in indoor and outdoor sports environments.
· Familiarity with handling of cash and credit card transactions.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions.
· Must be available at least two weekends a month and some holidays as needed.
· Candidate must be physically able to perform set-up and tear-down duties which include lifting of heavy objects.

MININUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greets suite holders and their guests at the designated suite holder entrance at the beginning of events.
· Provides knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service to Suite holders, including servicing and problem solving during events.
· Ensures Suite holders receive a consistently high standard of quality service from venue food and beverage provider.
· Services and fulfills individual requests from guests.
· Responds to all incoming inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests.
· Advises and follows up with maintenance and/or housekeeping problems or concerns.
· If applicable, distributes programs or any promotional items for event to Suites prior to the event doors.
· When assigned, answers venue phones and answers guest questions regarding upcoming shows, directions to the venue, restaurants nearby, etc.
· Logs all lost and found items into the venue database at the conclusion of each event.
· Knows the policies and procedures for 1STBANK Center as well as those specific to the suites at the venue.
· Other duties as assigned per event.

· Must be a diplomatic, mature, and professional individual.
· Minimum of two years concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience with a strong emphasis on an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.

OVERVIEW:
The Inside Sales Representative position focuses on selling season tickets, mini-plans, various ticket packages, and group tickets for the Colorado Avalanche. In addition, this entry-level position concentrates on training, sales skills and developing experience in the competitive industry of sports and entertainment. The position pays an hourly wage plus commissions.
 
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generate revenue selling ticket packages for the Colorado Avalanche
· Prospects, networks, and sells group ticket packages

· Calls past customers to generate sales
· Cold-calls new sales leads to generate sales

CLUB SEATS MANAGER

GENERAL PURPOSE
  • Develops the business strategy for all new business premium sales and full season and premium membership retention efforts.
  • Oversees all executable action items related to this plan and the employees in our Premium Sales and Membership Services Departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the Rapids retention and new business premium sales business plan.
  • Execute, track, and adjust our sales strategies in both departments to ensure we meet our yearly ticket sales and revenue goals.
  • Responsible for developing and monetizing new premium spaces at the stadium.
  • Set revenue and daily best practice goals for all premium and membership services employees. Manage progress and efforts toward achieving these goals.
  • Assist premium sales staff in their effort to generate new club and suite sales. This may include attending meetings, visiting prospects at events, and calling potential clients.
  • Works directly with the Pepsi Center Premium Sales Management and sales staff to cross-sell KSE product and maximize revenue for the company.
  • Functions as the primary point person for outside event promoters on premium sales strategies when hosting non-Rapids soccer matches, concerts, and events at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
  • Provides and oversees the customer service initiatives for Rapid’s season ticket holders and premium level (club and suite) seating ticket holders. This includes handling inbound customer calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, responding to and creating solutions for customer questions/concerns.
  • Develops the renewal sales timeline. Coordinates all written and digital communication related to our retention strategy. Regularly updates our progress to our overall goal.
  • Assists season ticket holders with seating upgrades to include meeting with customers and guiding them to view available seats, answering questions as needed and processing new seating selections.
  • Provides general customer service to include seat visits to season ticket holders during home games and other team events during the season.
  • Creates and executes season ticket holder events, including the Meet-the-Team party.
  • Implements season ticket holder benefits and programs.
  • Responsible for timely communication with season ticket holders in regards to game date changes, invoice and renewal deadlines and playoff game information. Oversees the weekly Rapids Insider newsletter sent to

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

  • Facilitates interviews and the hiring process for all Premium Sales and Membership Services Representatives and Managers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role (Sports, Entertainment, or Hospitality Industry Experience preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and retention capacity (Sports, Entertainment, or Hospitality Industry Experience preferred).
  • Ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling and servicing corporate clientele. History of managing a sales team and exceeding organizational sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, attend to detail and meet short deadlines.
  • Working knowledge customer service best practices and conflict resolution.
