JOB OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for managing programming contracts for the linear and digital platforms for OSG. This includes MyOutdoorTV, Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, and World Fishing Network. This position will support the Programming team by coordinating and managing the agreement process from initial draft through the end of the contract term to ensure that all aspects of the agreements are effectively captured, tracked and carried out. 

 

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, close and manage complex time-buy, licensed, and original content agreements for various delivery platforms as directed by Programming Team.
  • Occasionally review and comment on external contracts.
  • Responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations are met and assisting with the policing of rights where necessary by reaching out to the non-complying company.
  • Communicate new show information and contractual obligations.
  • Manage and distribute executed contract communications.
  • Communicate with producers regarding contractual agreements.
  • Prepare, proof and distribute all internal and external correspondences related to agreements.
  • Assist with budget tracking and planning.
  • Comprehends contracts and enters information into contract database.
  • Updates information in database when necessary.
  • Gathers information for audits.
  • Assist with tracking and entering billing information.
  • Maintain professional communications with vendors and clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years professional experience in media or related field; preferably in television.
  • Must have prior experience with a cable channel or network in Business Affairs, Rights Management or acquisitions. 
  • Knowledge of broadcast scheduling software such as Wide Orbit preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of and ability to implement work-flows which ensure all programming deadlines and objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITLES:

JOB OVERVIEW
This on call position will provide onsite technical support to venue management of KSE, ensuring that the access control solution works as intended for select games, concerts, and events.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITES
· Prepare access control equipment for distribution to door staff prior to doors open, by: (1) making sure that Zebra printers are powered up with adequately charged batteries (replace batteries at this time as necessary) and (2) synching up and pairing the Zebra printers with the appropriate scanning device (either iPod or MC55 depending upon facility) for distribution to door staff.
· Trouble shoot any technical issues encountered during the event related to the access control solution, and resolve the issues as appropriate, such as rebooting scanners and reconnecting Bluetooth.
· Assist door staff with any general questions or issues related to the access control solution.
· Log all issues encountered during the event with specificity (i.e., scanner #22 had to be rebooted on two separate occasions; scanner 14 lost Bluetooth connectivity), so that we can better identify any particular units that may be more troublesome than others. (Note: this should include operator errors as well so that we can differentiate between hardware and training issues).
· Return hardware to the storage closet at event redeployment time, putting scanner units back on their charger racks and printers back as appropriate.
· Provide a written summary report for KSE management outlining any hardware and/or operator errors that should occurred during the given event.
· Attend solution training from Altitude Tickets and provide training to door staff as necessary.
· Provide additional seat locator stock to door staff as needed.
· Obtain general knowledge of the Flash Seats Help Desk.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Technical aptitude in the use of various hardware and software.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to successfully communicate with others.

The Data Scientist is responsible for executing statistical analyses and forecast modeling. This person will assist in the procurement, storage, analysis, and presentation of sports-related data, both independently and under the direction of the Sporting Director. MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Daily application of analytical skills, including an understanding of how to interpret team needs and translate them into statistical analyses.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represents the Colorado Rapids, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, and their respective partners and sponsors as the brand ambassadors at events in the community year-round.

  • Responsible for club’s lead capture efforts including collection, distribution, and database maintenance.

  • Must be an expert at engaging consumers by developing a rapport in a short time through natural dialogue.

  • Market the Colorado Rapids coordinating partners to potential customers during each event throughout Denver and surrounding communities.

The Benefits Specialist will assist with the administration and maintenance of the Company’s benefit plans. This position will serve as a resource to all employees regarding benefits and will maintain all employee benefits and administrative files.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES

· Administers various employee benefits programs, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability programs, flexible spending account programs, Employee Assistance Program.

  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software programs; Word and Excel
  • Ability to organize and work in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate successfully with people at many levels within the company as well as with vendors, clients, etc.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
  • CPA, CMA or CIAA preferred
  • A combination of public and corporate accounting experience preferred
  • At least four years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of internal controls
  • Risk based auditing experience preferred
  • Strong writing skills

JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for facility security, traffic control, parking lot security, and fire, safety and emergency procedures.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITES

  • Patrols all KSE venues and their respective grounds; reports all safety and/ or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Performs emergency response to fire alarms, evacuations, and other situations; trains, and maintains proficiency regarding emergency response.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and other security personnel and/or safety organizations.
  • Participates in internal and external training programs for regular and part-time employees.
  • Performs functions as directed to establish a safe and efficient environment for hosting facility events.
  • Investigates, reports, and provides follow-up on incidents including, but not limited to, building damage, criminal activity and policy/procedure violations.
  • Handles complaints, disturbances or related problems with the public, staff or promoters.
  • Provides logistical support of vehicles and freight for multiple vendors and events.
  • Provides customer service to guests and employees of the facility.
  • Provides initial investigation and documentation regarding incidents including building damage or injury to patrons or employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships with lessees, employees, patrons, and support organizations.
  • Ability to exercise proper action and attitude in handling incidents and demands of the entertainment environment.
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of general security functions and arena facility operations highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include any shift (day, swing or grave), holidays, weekends and evenings/nights as needed at all KSE operated venues.
  • Ability to obtain a merchant guard license upon hire
  • High school diploma or GED. College course work desirable.
  • One to two years security operations, preferably in a large arena or sports facility.
