MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Game Presentation Director with planning and executing all Denver Nuggets home games and other outside team events as needed
· Coordinate and execute Denver Nuggets on court activities during all Denver Nuggets home games
· Create entertainment elements for all Denver Nuggets home games
· Responsible for creating a consistent atmosphere for the Denver Nuggets Game Experience
· Create videos for in stadium and out of stadium usage including web videos
· Coordinate with all Denver Nuggets and Pepsi Center departments on all game day elements, including creation, planning, and execution of event elements
· Communicate with Sponsorship and Ticket Sales Departments regarding in game promotion, activation and execution of in-arena elements
· Act as Nuggets Game Day Floor Coordinator for all home games
· Assist with the creation and implementation of team branding and marketing campaigns
· Manage the Denver Nuggets interactive squad, including scheduling, staffing, and developing a plan for appearances, game days and other events
· Lead full time KSE event staff, interns and part time staff on game days and outside events as needed
· Other duties as assigned
 
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Fundamental knowledge of live entertainment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software
· Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with internal and external clients
· Ability to successfully supervise game night staff
· Ability to work a varied schedule to include events, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
· 1-3 years of experience in sports or large event operations, scripting, entertainment, or promotions
 
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Broadcast, Communications or closely related field preferred.
· Basic knowledge or experience in radio, TV or print media.
· Comfortable in front of large crowds.

BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES (VARIABLE HOUR)

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinates and maintains employee information systems for full-time staff including: creates and maintains personnel files, creates and distributes employment offer letters.
· Maintains new hire/termination database, processes personnel updates in HRIS, and updates Intranet employee information.
· Manages routine workers’ compensation claims process for KSE and Colorado Mammoth including receipt of 1st Report of Injury, communication with HR Manager, department heads and medical providers regarding work restrictions and other related issues; answers employee questions; confers as needed with HR Manager when claim or employee status differ from routine; enters information into OSHA log as injuries occur, maintains the log according to OSHA regulation, ensures that log is posted for viewing on an annual basis and is in compliance with OSHA requirements.
· Coordinates player cumulative trauma claims process, and communicates general claim status with HR Manager and Vice President, Risk Management.
· Manages background check process for employment candidates including: sending candidate information to third-party background check provider, to ensure prompt processing; communicates results immediately to hiring manager if clean report is received; if adverse results are received, consults with the HR Manager and Executive Director; promptly sends pre and post adverse action letters to candidates as needed.
· Monitors jobs@pepsicenter.com for submitted resumes for full time KSE positions, maintains spreadsheet of all applicants, distributes resumes to hiring manager, responds to inquiries from applicants, etc.
· Prepares and conducts new employee orientation sessions.
· Coordinates company internship program at Pepsi Center.Assists with the recruiting of college interns; builds and maintains active relationships with local colleges and universities, maintains database for Pepsi Center interns; tracking all pieces of the new hire process to ensure that all steps are completed in a timely manner; assists with intern relations issues; coordinates Intern Lunch and Intern Ticket programs; administers internship program evaluations; works with department heads, HR Manager, and Executive Director to improve the program.
· Manages unemployment claims with third party vendor; prepares for and attends unemployment hearings as needed.
· Answers general inquiries regarding employment opportunities, verbal verifications of employment, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
 
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Intermediate knowledge of computer software to include Word and Excel.
· Ability to successfully communicate with a variety of individuals internally and externally.
· Solid working knowledge of all general human resource functions, highly desired.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of both education and experience, required; 2 years college course work highly preferred.
· Two years general Human Resources experience.
· Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel software programs.
· Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and Payroll software, preferably ADP and ReportSmith.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervises the daily activities of the conversion staff in setting up the arena for a variety of events and coordinates the activities of the conversion staff in completing various projects related to facility maintenance, upgrades, etc.; directs the work of contracted labor.
· Develops conversion plans based on event requirements provided by Event Management staff; attends meetings with Event Management staff to obtain specific details of upcoming events.
· Maintains equipment (including preventative maintenance), identifies and coordinates projects; and delegates to staff accordingly through completion.
· Assists in management of the facilities and event operations that are conversion-related to maintain a comprehensive setup and changeover program; which includes policies, procedures and maximize efficiencies,
· Assists with inspections of on-going work to ensure quality, workmanship, and cost effectiveness are in compliance with department requirements and design standards;
· Consults with Director, Conversion, to ensure timely and efficient completion of each conversion or project and suggests potential solutions to problems. Informs Director, Conversion, of damage or needed equipment repairs; acts as troubleshooter for minor repairs as needed.
· Acts as point person for Conversion Department on assigned events; coordinates with Event Management staff on changing logistics of upcoming events to ensure conversion work meets event requirements.
· Consults with the Director, Conversion, regarding personnel issues and possible solutions or disciplinary action, as needed, to ensure timely reporting of problems and concerns.
· Leads staff, treats people with respect and professionalism; able to work within a team of other Supervisors through effective communication and team work.
 
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· One year conversion experience in a large, multi-use facility, preferred; supervisory experience is also preferred.
· General knowledge of all conversion activities, required.
· Ability to work a varied scheduled to include evenings, weekends and holidays, required.

OVERVIEW:
The role of the Press Operator is to run production efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality in order to meet or exceed production goals. This person is ultimately responsible for the goods coming off the press and must direct other supportive roles in order to meet the demands of the production schedule. This person is expected to be able to run any job from start to finish and must be familiar with all aspects of the screen printing and machine operating processes. The goal of this position is to maximize efficiency by multi-tasking and managing the supporting roles effectively.
 
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to set-up and run both a one-color and multi-colored job, with and without an under-base.
· Knowledge of all press functions and safety procedures.
· Experience with all necessary press maintenance procedures and timelines.
· Previous training in Fast Manager or project based software.
· Start up and End of day procedures.
· Working knowledge of Manual Press operation.
· Ability to supervise and train support staff.
· Other duties as assigned.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Organization skills with attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Duties may include cleaning of equipment, screens, paint and other general warehouse maintenance.
· Alertness for safety precautions and quality control.

· Flexibility to work a nontraditional schedule including early morning, evenings and weekends. Shift times will vary from 6 am to 10 pm.
