MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sells Colorado Mammoth tickets, encompassing Season Tickets, Group Tickets, and other ticket packages.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· One year experience in sales and customer service.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and assess customer needs.
· Excellent understanding of sales process, prospecting and phone sales.
· Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company
vehicle driving standards.
· Ability to travel within 150 miles of Denver Metro area to events and daytime appointments away from the facility.

EVENT ENGINEER (ON-CALL)

REPORTS TO: CHIEF BUILDING ENGINEER

OVERVIEW:
This position supports the engineering department during events. Hours and days will vary with the majority of the working days scheduled between October and May. This position has a large amount of contact with patrons and other departments, and requires great attitude and communication skills. This position also requires a good mechanical aptitude.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answers radio calls and does repairs as directed. Repairs to include seats, doors, light plumbing, lights, snow removal, light electrical, etc.
· Assists Denver Fire Department in response to problems during events.
· Assists with switching elevator and escalators for event load in and egress.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be a self-starter and work with little to no supervision with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills are needed.
· Solid knowledge and skill in interior building maintenance work.
· Skill and ability to successfully communicate with supervisor, co-workers and others on a routine basis.
· Ability and skill to safely operate power tools and other equipment.

SAFETY COORDINATOR

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinates, assigns, and tracks employee safety training in compliance with local and state workplace safety rules, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
· Maintains files, records and logs for historical information, to include workplace safety training records.
· Determines the need and coordinates programs to train employees in fire prevention, CPR/AED, First Aid, and other non-regulated safety courses. Tracks employee participation/attendance accordingly.
· Responsible for teaching certain workplace safety related classes for company personnel, including but not limited to forklift training.
· Works with department heads to ensure all employees have proper personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with each job description.

· Safety Committee leader; holds regular Safety Committee meetings, records issues/concerns and follows up for implementation/resolution.
· Manages and maintains MSDS and hazard communication program in conjunction with the Engineering department.
· Coordinates building inspections with internal departments and local and state public safety agencies. Documents and tracks corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
· Works in conjunction with Director, Safety and Preparedness to prepare studies and analysis of accident causes and health hazards for use by company personnel and outside agencies when requested.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must hold a valid US government driver’s license that is acceptable to company’s auto insurance carrier.
· Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate training certifications.
· General knowledge of OSHA standards; general knowledge of employee and public safety standards.
· Ability to train/speak to individuals and groups.
· Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
· Basic to intermediate word processing and spreadsheet software skills; Word, Excel, and Power Point software preferred.
· Ability to evaluate a situation and make adjustments to ensure adequate safety for employees, visitors, event patrons and vendors.
