JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for facilitating HR processes for assigned client group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Creates job postings, posts on KSE websites and external job sites, monitors submitted resumes, distributes resumes to hiring manager, responds to applicants’ inquiries, etc.

·          Completes recruitment process by generating offer letters and appropriate applicant follow up.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Benefits Specialist will assist with the administration and maintenance of the Company’s benefit plans. This position will serve as a resource to all employees regarding benefits and will maintain all employee benefits and administrative files.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES
· Administers various employee benefits programs, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability programs, flexible spending account programs, Employee Assistance Program.

GENERAL PURPOSE

POSITION OVERVIEW
KSE Radio Ventures, LLC is seeking a full time Traffic Coordinator. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuity of station logs, thereby maximizing revenue for the company and our clients.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reconcile daily traffic logs; resolve all exception and research discrepancies.
· Input client advertising contracts and revisions.
· Place bumped spots and arrange spots on log in non-competitive positions.
· Maximize revenue with inventory placement.
· Interface with the sales department to identify and manage inventory.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have two years of experience in Radio or Television traffic. Experience with Marketron is a plus.

POSITION OVERVIEW
KSE Radio Ventures, LLC is seeking a full time sports talk producer to create and deliver a daily sports information program. The ideal candidates will have an understanding of the sports industry, have a significant list of contacts, have experience making news decisions and are proficient in production.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative as a host, producer or board operator.
· Prepare and conduct research for each broadcast, providing hosts with rundowns of latest news and potential topics.
· Collaborate with the Program Director and hosts to develop creative content ideas for the shows.
· Monitor the shows and commercial logs.
· Ensure the promotions and contests are executed properly.
· Gather sound at press conferences and produce it for airing.
· Perform off-air production assignments as needed.
· Make personal appearances at stations events and remotes.
· Create and post content to the station’s web site and social media platforms.
· Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills.
· Must have experience in live broadcasting, preferably in radio.
