MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Event management and execution of teams, leagues and tournaments.
· Sell external teams to play in leagues and tournaments.
· Create and nurture programming that extends the brands and generates ticket sales.
· Establish a local, regional and national network that adds revenue streams.
· Maintain effective and regular communication with players, coaches and team administrators.
· Work closely with management to strategize on future business opportunities.
· Additional duties as assigned.
 
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Track record of event and team management and sales successes.
· Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team.
· Must be willing and able to travel both locally and nationally.
· Flexible work schedule including significant work on evenings and weekends.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
· Own a vehicle or have reliable transportation to remote locations.
 
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong managerial and business development skills.
· Demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops in-house publicity and public relations programs and creates strategy for reaching all publics (mainstream/feature writers, specialized entertainment and business press, etc.); consults with management regarding corporate goals, communication themes and perceptions; develops/cultivates database for press contacts; identifies and promotes stories to the press.
· Writes copy for arena or co-promoted shows - for TV / radio drops and handles the organization and insertion of the spots/drops as directed.
· Assists with the development of venue internet/marketing presence, including use of most social marketing platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube etc. Develops and executes viral campaigns, promotions and contests that yield revenue, data capture and brand exposure to include use of most current techniques on a regular basis for our sites which include (but not limited to) pepsicenter.com, paramountdenver.com, dickssportinggoodspark.com, etc.
· Responsible for updating all venue websites with new event (non-sports) information and images and regularly monitors websites to make sure all content is up-to-date.
· Responsible for updating all venue marketing assets (marquee, Stadium Vision, fascia programming, etc.) with new event information and images.
· Facilitates development of creative strategies and copy themes as needed for tours/shows as directed.
· Provides strategic media planning, rate negotiation and media placement as needed for venue shows/tours as directed.
· Works closely with team marketing and sponsorship to activate 3rd party promotions with our corporate partners as directed.
· Evaluates advertising campaigns for live tours/venue needs on an on-going basis.
· Directs the development of future venue and tour marketing campaigns as needed.
· Manages certain entertainment marketing budgets and manages media expenses related to specific events as needed.
· Coordinates promotional activities related to marketing programs as needed.
· Reviews and approves payment of vendor invoices; serves as primary contact for vendors regarding payment issues as needed.
· Executes letters of Agreement for any media or vendor partnership that is entered.
· Executes and maintains a systematic Marketing, Sales and Promotion flow chart showing all activities entered as it pertains to ticket sales, PR, Marketing and Promotion strategy for Pepsi Center, Paramount Theatre, 1stBank Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and other KSE events as directed. This requires coordinating updates from other departments as it pertains to the overall campaign.
· Manages media buying relationships and invoices and a media posting process if needed.
· Escorts working media during concerts and events.
· May supervise part time and intern staff as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent written and verbal skills (a portfolio of writing samples to include advertising copy and press materials is required).
· Ability to speak to the public and press in a professional, confident manner.
· Skill in word processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Word and Excel preferred).
· Knowledge of budget planning and monitoring.
· Knowledge of venue and/or live entertainment business and media planning software, preferred.
· Knowledge of image software photo shop and html / basic web technologies.
· Bachelor’s degree required; major in communications, public relations or marketing, highly preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Venue Marketing, Team Marketing/PR or Live Tour Marketing and PR, including 3 years of experience in media planning and placement, publicity and public relations, established media contacts, public speaking, writing ad copy and press materials and budget planning and monitoring.
· Experience as a corporate spokesperson, preferred.

NDP Custom Apparel is looking for energetic and dedicated applicants to be part of our growing regional retail events team. This is a perfect opportunity for applicants looking to earn income while working only a few days a week.
 
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Candidate must have flexible availability to work weekends and holidays locally and regionally as needed.
· Perform duties related to a mobile retail operation, including prioritizing customer service and having friendly interactions with customers.
· Be able to service customers and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment requiring long hours standing while working in indoor and outdoor sports environments.
· Familiarity with handling of cash and credit card transactions.
