OVERVIEW

 

The Assistant Editoris responsible for helping the Senior Editor/Editor with the A-roll/content cut of the episode he or she is assigned. In addition, they would help with the organization of all audio and video elements of the production he or she is working on. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Edit the A-roll/Content Cut for Major League Fishing Episodes
  • Assists with the post-production process.
  • Will help organize/log the footage as it returns to the facility
  • May travel to some Major League Fishing events to help coordinate and execute the production.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Post-Production while working with Producers, and other editors during the production of individual projects.
  • Keeps oneself educated on new software/hardware packages.

 

MINIMUM POSITION             QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Must have basic working knowledge of non-linear post production process (Avid Media Composer and/or Avid Symphony preferred).
  • Excellent understanding and skill within Microsoft Office.

JOB OVERVIEW
This on call position will provide onsite technical support to venue management of KSE, ensuring that the access control solution works as intended for select games, concerts, and events.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITES
· Prepare access control equipment for distribution to door staff prior to doors open, by: (1) making sure that Zebra printers are powered up with adequately charged batteries (replace batteries at this time as necessary) and (2) synching up and pairing the Zebra printers with the appropriate scanning device (either iPod or MC55 depending upon facility) for distribution to door staff.
· Trouble shoot any technical issues encountered during the event related to the access control solution, and resolve the issues as appropriate, such as rebooting scanners and reconnecting Bluetooth.
· Assist door staff with any general questions or issues related to the access control solution.
· Log all issues encountered during the event with specificity (i.e., scanner #22 had to be rebooted on two separate occasions; scanner 14 lost Bluetooth connectivity), so that we can better identify any particular units that may be more troublesome than others. (Note: this should include operator errors as well so that we can differentiate between hardware and training issues).
· Return hardware to the storage closet at event redeployment time, putting scanner units back on their charger racks and printers back as appropriate.
· Provide a written summary report for KSE management outlining any hardware and/or operator errors that should occurred during the given event.
· Attend solution training from Altitude Tickets and provide training to door staff as necessary.
· Provide additional seat locator stock to door staff as needed.
· Obtain general knowledge of the Flash Seats Help Desk.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Technical aptitude in the use of various hardware and software.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to successfully communicate with others.

The Data Scientist is responsible for executing statistical analyses and forecast modeling. The most important part of the Street Team’s job is to promote the Colorado Rapids and offer a memorable fan experience. Essentially, Street Team is the face of the Colorado Rapids.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represents the Colorado Rapids, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, and their respective partners and sponsors as the brand ambassadors at events in the community year-round.

  • Responsible for club’s lead capture efforts including collection, distribution, and database maintenance.

  • Must be an expert at engaging consumers by developing a rapport in a short time through natural dialogue.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Benefits Specialist will assist with the administration and maintenance of the Company’s benefit plans. This position will serve as a resource to all employees regarding benefits and will maintain all employee benefits and administrative files.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES

· Administers various employee benefits programs, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability programs, flexible spending account programs, Employee Assistance Program.
· Maintains 401(k) files, including reports and plan history.
· Assists with the administration of KSE leave programs, including FMLA.
· Assists with worker’s compensation claims program; filing First Report of Injury, sending updates to managers and answering employee questions.
· Maintains OSHA logs for company entities in accordance with OSHA regulations and compliance.
· Assists employees in the preparation of enrollment applications, the completion of other employee benefits materials and notifies employees of related enrollment deadlines.
· Inputs benefits data into HRIS and related software applications.
· Reviews enrollment forms and other benefit documents for accuracy and completeness.
· Verifies the calculation of the monthly billing/premium statements for all group employee benefits programs.
· Prepares the necessary documentation to enroll, change status, and terminate employee benefit plan participation; coordinates the COBRA process.
· Establishes and maintains files and records pertaining to all respective programs and participants.
· Establishes and maintains employee benefit files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
· Assembles employee benefit material/packets and completes mass mailing as needed.
· Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
· Participates in the implementation of new or revised benefits programs.
· Creates and maintains employee benefit correspondence and spreadsheet files.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Knowledgeable on provisions and compliance requirements associated with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong understanding of HIPAA and privacy/confidentiality requirements.
· Knowledge of state and federal employment practices and guidelines required.
· Proficient with Microsoft programs and HRIS systems. ADP WorkforceNow experience a plus.
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in benefits administration preferred.

CONVERSION CREW MEMBER

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conversion Crew members are in charge of changing the arena floor setup for each event. Performs all tasks related to the conversion process to include laying flooring, moving and setting risers, setting portable seating, assisting with the setting of dasher boards, etc.
· Candidates should arrive on time to work for scheduled work shifts; follow directions from Supervisors, and Manager; work with a variety of tools.
· Work well within a team environment.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays, required.
· Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
· Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, preferred.
· Knowledge of general conversion tasks, preferred.
· High school diploma or GED, preferred.
· Six months conversion experience in a large, multi-use facility, preferred.
· General heavy labor or building maintenance experience, including general carpentry skills and/or welding, highly preferred.
· Experience with hand and power tools, highly preferred.
· Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards, preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW
KSE Radio Ventures, LLC is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to bring a radio stations on-air image and brand to life for both its clients and listeners.  This position is responsible for the planning, organization and execution of all on-site radio station events, appearances and road shows.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and execute all on-site logistics for events, appearances and live broadcasts.
  • Work with Sales Team to organize client based station appearances.
  • Create and communicate event schedules, duties, etc. to on-air talent, clients, promo crews, sales reps and staff. 
  • Hires and trains entry level Promotions staff.
  • Organize and maintain promotional supplies/giveaways.

JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for facility security, traffic control, parking lot security, and fire, safety and emergency procedures.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITES

  • Patrols all KSE venues and their respective grounds; reports all safety and/ or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Performs emergency response to fire alarms, evacuations, and other situations; trains, and maintains proficiency regarding emergency response.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and other security personnel and/or safety organizations.
  • Participates in internal and external training programs for regular and part-time employees.
  • Performs functions as directed to establish a safe and efficient environment for hosting facility events.
  • Investigates, reports, and provides follow-up on incidents including, but not limited to, building damage, criminal activity and policy/procedure violations.

  • Provides logistical support of vehicles and freight for multiple vendors and events.

  • Provides initial investigation and documentation regarding incidents including building damage or injury to patrons or employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships with lessees, employees, patrons, and support organizations.
  • Ability to exercise proper action and attitude in handling incidents and demands of the entertainment environment.
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of general security functions and arena facility operations highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.
