Group Tour Information

Pepsi Center Group Tour Rates

Groups of 10-25:

• Adults (agest 13-54) - $7.00
• Senior (55 & older) - $6.00
• Children (3-12) - $6.00
• Children (2 & under) - FREE
• Military (valid ID) - $6.00

Groups of 25+

• Adults (ages 13-54) - $6.00 per adult
• Children (12 & under) $5.00 per child
• Seniors (55 & older) - $5.00
• Children (2 & under) - FREE
• Military (valid ID) - $5.00

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for groups of 10 or more. To book a reservation for your group, please call 303.405.8556.  Groups can book up to 90 days in advance.  A $50 fee will be assessed for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours.  Groups who arrive with significantly less members than originally booked may also be subject to a $50 fee. Group tours can be booked on a non-tour day for an additional fee.

Winter Tours (September - May):

• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 11:00am & 1:00pm
• Saturdays - 11:00am & 1:00pm
• NO TOURS on Sundays &/or Holidays.

Summer Tours (June - August):

• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 11:00am & 1:00pm 
• NO TOURS on Saturdays, Sundays &/or Holidays. 

Please note:

• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to start of your tour.
• Bus and car parking is in Lot A for all tours (located on the west side of the arena).
• Please check in with your tour guide in the Box Office (located on the south side of the building).
• Small cameras are allowed, however, NO video cameras or recording devices are permitted.
• All bags and backpacks are subject to search upon entering the venue.
• Since our facility is only open to the public during events, we do not have accommodations for your group to have lunch in the arena.

• All dates and times may be subject to change without notice.
• All tickets are for the time and date specified on the ticket.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• All tours are wheelchair accessible however wheelchairs or strollers are not available to rent.
• For hearing impaired guests requiring interpreting services, please call 303.405.8556. (We require notice of at least 3 business days for tours requesting interpreting services.)
• The Pepsi Center reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour.

Note: Due to the frequent changing of the arena floor, Pepsi Center will look differently depending on the upcoming event.

NOTICE: All persons specifically consent to and are required to sign in and wear a certified credential prior to entry.  Any person or property that could affect the safety of Pepsi Center occupants/property will be denied entry.
